Clients receive personal phone calls to discuss any questions regarding your financial situation and tax returns, as well as regular newsletters that contain important tax preparation information such as deadline notification and tips for minimizing their tax burden, etc.
I take the time to explain a client’s tax situation so they feel confident that I am doing what is in their best interest.
Coaching
I provide tools and guidelines to make the client’s internal process easier and more efficient. This includes help organizing paperwork and computer software coaching.
For example: returning customers receive a checklist of required documents based on the previous year’s tax return. This helps clients confirm they have received all of the necessary documents from third parties before filing the return. This simple tool eliminates the need and cost of amending returns due to missing documents.

I offer in house, certified Quickbooks training. I will come to your home or office and provide professional Quickbooks training, personalized to meet your individual or organizational needs. This will save you time, and allow me to come up with personalized Quickbooks solutions specific to your business.

I provide each of my clients with personal attention and quality, timely work. Each client will receive personal phone calls to discuss any questions regarding their tax return as well as newsletters that contain important deadline information, how to minimize what you will owe, etc.
Personalized Approach
I make sure that I have a good understanding of each client’s individual industry or personal situation, by asking them about their business in general, not just their tax situation. I will share my specific experiences with other clients and what I have done in the past that has been successful.
